These terms govern your use of the meetgravity.io site. Commercial terms for using the Gravity product are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement signed with each customer.

1. Acceptable use

You may browse, read and share site content for internal commercial purposes. You may not republish content without permission or attempt to access non-public systems.

2. Intellectual property

All content, design, brand and code on the site is owned by Quickcomm Technologies LLC. The Gravity logo, name and related products are trademarks.

3. No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee continuous availability or absolute accuracy of marketing content.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gravity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without reference to its conflict-of-laws principles.
