This policy describes how Quickcomm Technologies LLC and its operating subsidiary Hidden in Motion S.A.C. (collectively, “Gravity”) collect, use and protect personal information when you interact with this site or our products.

1. Information we collect

We collect: name, work email, company, country, role, and message content from the forms you submit. We also use aggregated analytics (Plausible) to measure site usage without profiling individuals.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, send relevant commercial proposals, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data.

3. Third parties

We share data with service providers under confidentiality agreements, including Vercel (hosting), Brevo (transactional email delivery), Microsoft Clarity and Google Tag Manager (analytics) and Microsoft Azure (product compute). Each is bound to equivalent security standards.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to alberto@meetgravity.io. We comply with applicable data protection laws in Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil and the EU.
